TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND THE HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASING.
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not process the refund or exchange. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Contact us immediately with your name, order number and the item in questions at info@biniafrik.com.
We will provide provide you with a prereturn label and ship you the correct item or replacement for the defective item upon us receiving the return item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
