Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are provided after your order is shipped. If for any reason your items is not delivered and is returned to us, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the item excluding the shipping fee. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, you will ne charged the standard shipping rate. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE UPS, USPS or FEDEX has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy. If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier. Binti Afrik does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated delivered by carrier. We do not issue refunds or credit for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Processing time:

We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US.

Once your payment is authorized and processed it can take 2-7 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Please make sure you leave your email address for the order and shipping confirmation. If for some reason we are experiencing delays in shipping, a notification will be sent out via email or SMS.
